Canada Post, UPS and Purolator deliver all ResetWell packages. The tracking number is sent by email following the shipment of the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, customer service will contact you. Transportation charges may be withheld. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.

ResetWell makes sure to ship its items in proper condition for sale and to properly pack them to avoid any breakage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo.
If your package appears to be lost, please email us at email@example.com. We will then be able to follow up on the file. A service ticket will be opened, and an investigation of up to 5 working days will be carried out. If the package is officially declared lost, your order will be reshipped to you at no additional cost. You will be informed throughout the process.
